Taking into consideration that our products are mainly destined for food packaging, they are governed by the same strict rules that apply to food production. The ISO quality system and the HACCP critical point control system dictate zero tolerance in returns. In case of course that defective products are found as a result of our production line, there is immediate return and exchange of the containers.
